Hello everyone,

I've just put up a snapshot of the latest and greatest winsup
snapshot.  Because there just weren't enough bugs in more recent
development snapshots, we decided that the best way to add more
excitement would be to make a large number of internals changes. ;-)
This is the first snapshot to include them.

That said, I think you will find a number of useful improvements.
I won't include a ChangeLog diff since it would be excessively long.
There have been changes to signals, file handling, process handling,
select and sockets, call order of constructors/destructors, strace,
exceptions, etc...

Unless you discover a large number of unexpected bugs, this version
of winsup will be used in the upcoming b20 release.  I have bumped
version minor to 5 to correspond with his snapshot.
