Hi Andy,

I've made a few changes to the cygwin experimental branch.  It at least
now starts Xemacs, allows you to move the cursor around, and do simple
editing.  Unfortunately, I'm not yet familiar enough with emacs to do
more than that.

If you have a chance could you give this a try?  If you have difficulties
please let me know exactly what you're doing and I'll try to duplicate
the problem here.  The latest .dll is available at:
