I'd like to merge my copy of windows32api headers with what cygnus has
right now. Could I please get a up-to-date copy?

Currently my tree (distributed as part of mingw32 egcs-1.0.x) is a result
of Cygwin32 b19 headers and lots of changes (mostly from Colin Peters).
I think Cygwin32 will definitely benefit from these changes as well, and
I'm of course willing to work with the merging effort if there's
interest. My changes to windows32api against 0.1.2 tree is at:

Too bad for the licensing restrictions with Jacob Navia's distribution 
(which in my understanding should fall under LGPL since he started with
Scott's work, but I haven't looked into it in any detail) ...
