Hi all,

I am freezing the win32-971025-branch branch at this point for the
beta 19 release after which the changes will be merged back into the
main development sources.  Please do not commit any further changes
to anything without talking to me first!

Changes that I still need to make:

1) further updating of winsup/doc

2) changes to gcc Makefile.in so that g++/cc1plus/gcov et al are
installed (they aren't built with .exe extensions currently so
they aren't installed).

3) config/mh-cygwin32 setting of CFLAGS doesn't actually do anything
and should set
	CFLAGS=-O2 -march=i586 -mcpu=i686 -fno-strength-reduce
and the same for CXXFLAGS.

Depending on the nature of the patch, I might still be able to
commit small changes to winsup but I'd rather not at this point.

I've gotten the first drafts of the gifs for the installer.  I should
get the corrected final ones soon.
