Greetings,

Welcome to the new mailing list cygwin32-developers.  It includes
everyone at Cygnus who was on the internal gnu-win32-local list
and (to start with), the two current active Net contributors,
Chris Faylor (who wrote the current signal handling code among
other things) and Sergey Okhapkin (who wrote the tty/pty code and
a lot of other code).  In the future, I hope this list will include
others as well.

The purpose of the list is a place to discuss Cygwin32 internals
where Net contributors can participate.  In addition, snapshots of the
current newlib/winsup sources will be announced to this list.
