IIRC correctly UCL is only needed to build UPX. Yes of course, I was talking about the UPX source package. The problem is that building UPX needs the full UCL install and not only the compiled library. This is why I thought including a subdirectory with UCL in UPX source package was more appropriate than having to install also UCL-src.
