Though I think squid is a little faster, I prefer the Apache proxy where I had never troubles in setting up like I had with squid. You start Apache and the proxy works (after activating the relevant part in httpd.conf). I really don't know which is 'better' in general;) Also I run an instance of Apache the most time, so I don't need to fire up another server process just to have a proxy. Gerrit -- =^..^=
