I'd set both on my email but you still :) sent me personal email. That was my mistake, sorry about that. Pine supports Reply-To but not Mail-Followup-To (this last one is not define in RFC 2822). :) If this was actually a conscious decision to CC me after I went to some :) effort to stop that, then, please don't do that.
