libungif-4.1.0-2 is now installable from setup.exe

Libungif is a library for using uncompressed GIFs, as Unisys has got 
patent for LZW compressed format until June 2003.
Lubungif uses the same headers of giflib (the library that does use the 
patented algorithm), this allows programmers to write software that is 
capable of talking to either giflib or libungif during the transition 
from gif to png.
