We don't know! I confirmed that I can also download and execute the file, with its expected size of ~1.6MB. Since we are not inundated with people screaming about this, the obvious conclusion to draw is that this is some peculiarity of your computer, network, proxy or ISP causing a problem only for you. As a workaround, you might try accessing the files via: https://www.cygwin.com/install.html https://cygwin.com/setup/ > сб, 18 апр. 2026 г. в 11:18, Vladimir Kurguzov : > >> I cannot download the file by this link placed on >> https://cygwin.com/index.html >> link: https://cygwin.com/setup-x86_64.exe >> What the fuck? >> I also had tried those online download services: >> https://thunderbit.com/tool/url-extractor >> https://onetoolstop.com/any-file-downloader/ >> And they approved that the file is broken. -- Problem reports: https://cygwin.com/problems.html FAQ: https://cygwin.com/faq/ Documentation: https://cygwin.com/docs.html Unsubscribe info: https://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple
