Package djgpp-gcc-fortran 5.4 targets a 32-bit DOS/Windows emulation environment 
for compatibility and is nearly 10 years old.

You should remove that and install current stable gcc-fortran 13.4 (optionally 
test versions 13.4.1, 14.3.1, 15.2.1, or 16.0.0).

All these compiler packages depend on library packages which may have their own 
dependencies, some just to support coloured diagnostics on terminals:

Before you download and install from Cygwin Setup, you can change the display to 
Pending and clear any names from the text box, which will show you only the 
packages which will download and install when you press Next.
