available locally by installing the cygwin-doc package when you install the 
cygwin package.

You should know that Windows Enterprise may be configured with/out features and 
APIs that may be required for proper Cygwin operations.

Cygwin is a rolling release system supporting only the current release 3.6.1-1, 
plus those of all currently provided packages.

Assistance is provided when volunteers have free time to respond when required 
problem reporting information (above) is provided regarding issues with 
*current* package releases.

You may want to search for orgs which offer paid Cygwin support, which they are 
not allowed to advertise here, to avoid UCE.

You may install some old unsupported releases of Cygwin packages using the 
Cygwin Time Machine, following the guidelines:

Note that this is hosted by an individual using AWS which applies limits!
