It looks like the decompressor loses track of where it is, then uses whatever data comes after that to try and extract the next file (which obviously doesn't look like it's expected to). Anyway, the Qt5WebKit package you are targeting is not only obsolete, but also outdated (5.9.3 devel version) and is unlikely to work correctly with the current (on Cygwin, also outdated) version of the other Qt5 packages (5.9.4 release).
