I've tried a number of times to subscribe via
https://cygwin.com/mailman/listinfo/cygwin-announce/ : I get the message "Your
subscription request has been received, ... you will soon get a confirmation
email ...", but I never get an email.

Could an Admin subscribe me to the list please?
