As it is nowhere in any recent Cygwin collection, perhaps it should have been included in the tarball? I have tried emailing the Cygwin Aisleriot authors, Jonathan Blandford, Felix Bellaby and Rosanna Yuen but all three emails (of 2001) bounce now, of course. Does anyone know where they are now?
