Pageant does the same thing as gpg-agent, but works on both sides of
the Cygwin environment.

Install the ssh-pageant package through setup.exe and put something
like this into the default shell configuration:

  # .bashrc
  eval $(ssh-pageant -ra /tmp/.ssh-pageant)
