The following packages have been updated in the Cygwin distribution:

* libiconv-1.14-2
* libiconv2-1.14-2
* libcharset1-1.14-2
* libiconv-devel-1.14-2

This library provides an iconv() implementation, for use on systems
which don't have one in their C standard library, or whose
implementation cannot convert from/to Unicode.

This release enabled a number of aliases for known codesets for better
compatibility with glibc.
