I have installed sshd and it seems to run fine (I can log in), but when I try to exit, the ssh session doesn't terminate. I can force it to exit by hitting Enter~., but that leaves a defunct sshd.exe lying around. When I enter in exit from a ssh session (logging in locally automatically), I see this in the sshd log (I enabled DEBUG2 and syslog): Feb 13 14:14:21 ENGAGEIP-PRD sshd: PID 7064: debug1: Received SIGCHLD.
