Got this warning message when using  ssh on Windows command.
I upgraded my notebook from Windows 8  to Windows 8.1, then it started
having this message.

      3 [main] ssh 8988 find_fast_cwd: WARNING: Couldn't compute FAST_CWD
pointer.  Please report this problem to
the public mailing list cygwin AT cygwin DOT com
