As a library, it is meant to be used by developers, to facilitate the production of applications that communicate with USB hardware. Please note that in order to use libusb0, you must download and install the driver from upstream (a warning to this effect will be displayed by Cygwin setup), as it now only builds with MSVC. This release is the first for x86_64.
