It's not required at all.  The Sysnative dir is a virtual directory
name which gets redirected to the real 64 bit System32 dir by the
kernel when running under WOW64.  Just do

  $ cd /cygdrive/c/Windows/Sysnative

and you will end up in the 64 bit System32 dir, even if an `ls' in
the Windows parent dir won't show this directory.
