When I invoke a manual entry, M-x man, for any man page I'm getting Ctrl-M characters in the output. I've tried this from the minterm console, Xterm, and Emacs-x11 (not XEmacs) and all have the same result. Tried this without a .emacs file, same thing. Searched high a low, web, Cygwin FAQ, mailing list archives. Hope this doesn't turn out to be face-palm obvious, any help to get rid of them would be much appreciated. jprad -- Problem reports: http://cygwin.com/problems.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/ Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple
