You could provide a patch, that would be the easieast way to
update the docs.

  $ cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs AT cygwin DOT com:/cvs/cygwin-apps co setup
  $ cd setup
  $ vi README
  [...]
  $ cvs diff -u README
