Neither?  It works fine for me with the same snapshot on W7 32 bit and
W2K8R2 64 bit.  Also, there's only *one* extra line in ssh-host-config:

  496:  /usr/bin/editrights -u "${run_service_as}" -a SeServiceLogonRight

This doesn't explain a crash in line 420 at all.
