Incidentally, why in the quoted message, and also in

some of the References indicated

are not "clickable"?

Compare eg with http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2012-02/msg00826.html

Could it be:
- a 29th February problem?
- a ' AT ' or ' DOT ' problem?
