I discovered that while the code is designed for Unix like operating
system, it was indeed making a call to cl. I apologize for not
recognizing that I needed to look at the line in the file it mentioned
explicitly as the fail point.

I also apologize that these are not reading as follow-ups correctly. I
can't set up my subscription so I receive my own messages and don't
know how to solve the Reply-To header issue.
