As discussed previous in another thread, Windows 7 won't run without administrator rights. Using cygstart does not work, nor does using start from a cmd prompt. Starting from Windows Explorer eventually gives an error message. getcygwin.exe has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
