I'm trying to install the latest cygwin version (http://cygwin.com/setup.exe). I started the installation and selected 'Install from Internet'. Then, I expected to see a list of mirrors but it was empty. If I try the exact same thing from a real Windows XP machine, everything works fine. I also tried to download the cygwin packages and do an offline installation, but after I selected the packages and clicked 'Finish', the installation exited without doing anything. Is it a known bug? Any workaround?
