No worries. I figured as much when reading http://www.cygwin.com/win-9x.html, so I suppose we'll have to engineer a workaround until we can get things migrated to version 1.7 at work. Things appear to work once the mounts are set, so a postinstall batch file which sets the mounts using mount and then reruns the postinstall scripts should do the trick. Maybe the more convenient installation of 1.7 will help spur people to get a move on. It's almost as if that is the plan, if not simply a happy benefit, of this shortcoming. ;-) Thanks for your time. -Jeremy -- Problem reports: http://cygwin.com/problems.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/ Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple
