Instead of requiring lapack, which in turn requires liblapack, liblapack0, and liblapack-devel, orpie now only requires liblapack0. Thanks to David Rothenberger for pointing out that this could be done. If you've previously installed orpie, you may now uninstall lapack and liblapack (but you'll still need liblapack0). This will probably simplify your installation every time you run setup, since lapack wants to run a postinstallation script every time. orpie is a fullscreen RPN calculator for the console. Its operation is similar to that of modern HP calculators, but data entry has been optimized for efficiency on a PC keyboard. Features include extensive scientific calculator functionality, command completion, and a visible interactive stack. Andrew E.
