Just to add on to what Dave mentioned, please submit a patch (using the publicly available information via the msdn links Dave provided) to the MinGW patch tracker (http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=3D2435&atid=3D302435). The w32api package is maintained by the MinGW project.
