Not my problem. ---- FWIW, this reminds me of a similar symptom, but didn't pay attention to where it was at the time (was program pstree, line chars were all screwy). I don't think it was cygwin though. Maybe something is funking in the some line or lang library common...or just coincidence... If I come across something more substantial will speak up...but unlikely a cygwin fault... Christopher, I see you're up to form in your email responses...
