Actually the bug is that cygserver is linked against libstdc++6 at all. This was a new problem introduced by the new gcc-4 with shared libs all over. I fixed the Makefile so that the next cygserver will be statically linked again, so it only depends on cygwin1.dll as it's supposed to.
