I see. The xindy-2.x releases needed a rte (clisp with some external ordrules and rxsub module), but the new kernel-3.0 is just lisp based. So clisp does not require any external module, and the xindy command (a simple perl wrapper) already uses xindy.mem. So there's no clisp src or module linking needed at all.
