New versions of=20

SuiteSparse / libSuiteSparse-devel 3.4.0-2=20

for cygwin-1.7 are available in the Cygwin distribution:=20

These are new upstream versions=20

SuiteSparse is library for sparse matrix.=20
It is used to compile Octave
