This is a new Cygwin 1.7 version of cpio which is 100% source code equivalent to the cpio-2.9.90-5 version for Fedora 11. This release should fix the problem reported in http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2009-04/msg00600.html It also comes with a full man page rather than a man page which just refers to the info page. To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions. *** CYGWIN-ANNOUNCE UNSUBSCRIBE INFO *** If you want to unsubscribe from the cygwin-announce mailing list, look at the "List-Unsubscribe: " tag in the email header of this message.
