Could you please help me look into this: http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=10122 The easiest of those to reproduce is probably blackbox: http://cygwin-ports.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/cygwin-ports/ports/trunk/x11/blackbox/ If you omit 0.70.1-disable-unicode-fonts.patch, build blackbox, and run it within a standard X display (not multiwindow), you'll see what I mean; you don't have to install it to run it for this purpose. Right now, I want to figure out if the problem is with Cygwin, iconv, libXft, or these packages (although I doubt the latter). Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.
