Sorry, all these months and no one ever missed those .c files. Added them. Yes, I remove -fopenmp, and, when necessary, -ffast-math, from Makefile.gfortran, for various Windows hosted builds. I have tried just once this year to build gcc for cygwin with --enable-libgomp. Back when it used to pass a reasonable portion of the testsuite tests, it performed poorly.
