Microsoft Services for Unix, the unix-alike that runs on the NT kernel. Unlike Cygwin it doesn't go through the win32 layer and so doesn't need all the emulation layers, which gives it (allegedly) much better I/O throughput, proper case sensitive filenames, inode semantics, etc. While installation is still a bit tortuous, they have a buildd and claim to support a decent number of packages...
