This is a new upstream release. 1.5.3 was discovered to contain a
regression in 'svn merge'; see CHANGES (URL below) for more
information.

IMPORTANT: This release will silently upgrade your Subversion
working copies to the 1.5 format, rendering them unusable with
previous major versions of Subversion.
