I'm (mis-)using the cygwin-apps list for 1.7 release messages for now. There were never any statement where 1.7 related discussions should go, though. I was wondering if we should add some cygwin-experimental list or so, but other than that, just keep discussions here. Developer discussions go to cygwin-developers, patches go to cygwin-patches, as usual.
