It may be a reason I am getting a error in the app that I am trying to use. I have re-installed cygwin and it still does not download completely. Is there some other way to retrieve a complete directory? after starting x it seems that I am also missing cygjasper-1-701-1.dll. Im not exactly sure of the purpose of this file, but it could be another reason my app is failing. Is it possible to directly download this file somewhere? I am using the latest version of cygwin on windows xp sp2. The the other application that I am trying to use is Grass, but the gui keeps aborting. I can send the output of cygcheck -r -s -v for anyone who might be interested in helping.
