I think using the source package from setup I'm certainly missing the in-tree tcltk, so that could be the problem, but I haven't been able to build with or without insight disabled. Is this a Cygwin bug? Should the source provided by the setup executable be buildable, or are they just for reference? Obviously, the cvs source is necessary for development and source control, but downloadable snapshots should build as well, right?
