I would like to propose an addition to BLODA:

* Spybot S&D TeaTimer

Running the TeaTimer often causes file access problems (open handles).
Simply not running it seems to be sufficient; it need not be
uninstalled.  The rest of the suite does not seem to affect Cygwin.
