If you previously installed perl-Module-Build-0.2808-1 alongside perl 5.8, you can upgrade to perl-Module-Build-0.2808-2 to remove the obsolete files. perl-Module-Build-0.2808-1 remains in the 'Previous' category, alongside the previous perl 5.8. UPDATE: ======= To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system. Save it and run setup, then answer the questions; perl-Module-Build has moved to the '_obsolete' category (which is not shown by default), but if you have previously used this package, this action should automatically pick up the updated empty package to clean up the obsolete files. DOWNLOAD: ========= Note that downloads from sources.redhat.com (aka cygwin.com) aren't allowed due to bandwidth limitations. This means that you will need to find a mirror which has this update, please choose the one nearest to you: http://cygwin.com/mirrors.html QUESTIONS: ========== If you want to make a point or ask a question the Cygwin mailing list is the appropriate place. - -- Eric Blake volunteer cygwin perl-Module-Build maintainer CYGWIN-ANNOUNCE UNSUBSCRIBE INFO: ================================= To unsubscribe to the cygwin-announce mailing list, look at the "List-Unsubscribe: " tag in the email header of this message.
