Try cygcheck, then


$ cygcheck `gcc -print-prog-name=cc1`
D:\cygwin/lib\gcc/i686-pc-cygwin/3.4.4/cc1.exe
  C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\cygwin1.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\ADVAPI32.DLL
      C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntdll.dll
      C:\WINDOWS\system32\KERNEL32.dll
      C:\WINDOWS\system32\RPCRT4.dll
        C:\WINDOWS\system32\Secur32.dll
  D:\cygwin\bin\cygiconv-2.dll
  D:\cygwin\bin\cygintl-3.dll


But I can't find out what file is "missing".
All DLL files exist.
Some other files are missing from my PC?
