Transcribing from that screenshot (you could cut and paste it...):
  WARNING: UNPROTECTED PRIVATE KEY FILE!
  Permissions 0644 for [file] are too open

The first thing I'd try is
  chmod 600 ~/.ssh/id_rsa

Then, only if 'chmod' doesn't work, see:
