How do I go about this? Hm, this is the second time someone has made this wrong assumption in as many days. Must be something in the water. ;-) The problem is that you haven't specified all the include paths you need in makefile.cyg. Add the appropriate '-I ' statements to your CFLAGS and try again. If you need more help or details, I suggest looking at the documentation for 'gcc'. This issue is generic.
