I ran "zcat /etc/setup/bash.lst.gz" and got an error message: gzip: /etc/setup/bash.lst.gz: unexpected end of file In fact, I ran "zcat /etc/setup/*.gz" and got the same error message. I then deleted the bash.lst.gz file and re-run setup. The same result and the file is back with seemingly the same error.
