Changes in version 4.21-1: * New upstream release, with bug fixes and some new features. See /usr/share/doc/stunnel-4.21/ChangeLog for a list. Please note that, although libstunnel (i.e. cygstunnel.dll) is included in this package, its use is undocumented AFAICT and so I haven't tried to test it. I guess that its purpose is to provide transparent proxy support via stunnel by something like LD_PRELOAD=libstunnel.dll, but I don't really know how or if it works. Test reports are welcome on the cygwin list, but questions and discussion might better be directed to the stunnel-users list. Andrew E.
